Join multi award winning vegan chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Vanessa Jarvis Findlay for a live, interactive online seitan masterclass.
Cooking together from our own kitchens, we will prepare two showstopping recipes from NEKED Food: The Plant Based Gourmet Edition:
🌱 Smoky Seitan “Ribs” with Paprika Cream, Pickled Cabbage and Burnt Corn Salsa
🌱 Herb Crusted “Lamb Rack” with Red Wine Jus
You will learn how to mix, knead, season, shape and cook seitan correctly, achieving a tender, flavourful texture without making it tough, chewy, rubbery or spongy.
